For Monty Hutson, this land was always a dream – a place where everything could come together. A workshop for leather crafting. A training space for service dogs. A quiet refuge where he could reset and give back.

A veteran of the 101st Airborne Division, Monty now trains service dogs for veterans and first responders working through PTSD. Because when a dog enters a veteran’s life, it doesn’t just help one person – it impacts the entire family.

As they were putting up the framework, we just sat there – watching our vision grow. Anybody that wants to install one of these buildings, without a doubt, I’d call Texwin first.

— Monty Hutson

Each of Monty’s dogs has a story. Jasper — the three-legged pup who never slowed down — now helps train others with calm confidence. Small breakthroughs happen here every day. And to Monty, those small changes mean everything.

Monty’s Texwin garage wasn’t built for show. It was built to make a difference. A space designed with intention – for healing, for purpose, and for man’s best friend.
