Our Journey
1999
Where it All Started
We were founded by the Winslows family in Wills Point, TX with a commitment to hard work, honest service, and structures built to last.
2000
Portables Hit the Road
We entered the portable building market, delivering dependable storage solutions to rural communities across East Texas.
2004
Manufacturing Comes In-House
To improve quality and gain control over every detail, we brought manufacturing under our own roof.
2007
Launch of Steel Buildings Line
We introduced our steel building line featuring Covers, Garages, and Barns.
2009
Expansion into Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas
We expanded into neighboring states with a growing dealer network—now 85 locations strong and counting.
2023
Texwin Grows for the Future
We expanded to 19 company-owned locations and were acquired by Transition Capital Partners to accelerate growth.
2024
Rebrand to Texwin
With 25 years behind us, we rolled out a refreshed brand that reflects who we are and where we’re going.
